At Splash, we help you from the moment you place your order until your washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, or other appliance is up and running in the right spot. All you have to do is open the door and show us where it should go. Easier than you think!
Our delivery service also covers returns, exchanges, and even relocations.
You choose the delivery day that suits you best. In many areas, we can deliver as soon as the next working day if you order before 2:00 p.m. Use the postcode checker to see when we deliver in your area. We’ll also take your old washing machine, dryer, or other appliance away for free.
You can choose a preferred time, for example “not after 3 p.m.” We’ll do our best to take this into account, but we can’t always guarantee it. When placing your order, you can let us know if you’d like a call 30 minutes before delivery. The day before, you’ll receive an email with a time slot. You don’t have to be home yourself – a housemate can receive us too!
Via the Track & Trace link you receive by email or WhatsApp one day in advance, you can see live where our driver is. You can also see how many addresses are still ahead of you and an expected time window for arrival. This time window is automatically updated and becomes more accurate as we get closer.

We deliver up to the fourth floor, as long as the location is safe and accessible. If there’s an elevator, we’ll deliver to any floor. Our delivery team connects your appliance to the existing fittings, so make sure they’re in good condition beforehand. If you’re exchanging an appliance, we’ll take the old one back right away.
After delivery, you’ll receive the manual and some handy tips for your rented washing machine, fridge, or other appliance by email. Your rental only starts once everything is installed and working properly. From then on, you can wash or cool without a worry! Got any questions or issues?
