When you order a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher or other white goods from Splash, we will help you from the moment you click the order button until the device is up and running in the right place. This service is included in the rental price and also applies to returns and replacements. When you replace an appliance, we connect the new appliance, disconnect the old one and take it with us. It's that easy!
When placing your order, you can choose the delivery day that suits you best. In many places, we even deliver the next working day, provided the order is completed before 10:00 a.m. Want to know when we deliver in your area? Use the postal code check to see first possible delivery date. We also offer the option of disposing of your old washing machine, dryer or other device for free.
You can also indicate a preferred time, for example, not after 3 p.m. Although we do our best to accommodate your preference, we cannot guarantee it. When placing your order, you can indicate whether you would like to be called half an hour before the visit, and the day before, you will receive an e-mail with a 3-hour time slot. You do not need to be present yourself; you can also give us the name of a housemate!
We deliver up to the fourth floor, provided that the location is easily and safely accessible. If there is an elevator, we deliver on every floor. Our transport company connects the equipment to existing connection points, so please check in advance that these are present and in good condition. In the event of a replacement, we will take the old device back with us immediately.
After delivery, you will automatically receive the manuals and useful user tips for your rented equipment by e-mail. The rental fee will only be charged from the moment the device is installed and working. From that moment on, you can fully enjoy your washing machine, refrigerator or other appliance.
