About renting at Splash

Are you a student and do you want to know whether renting white goods for your student house is attractive?
We have listed the most important things for you here.

Who can rent from us?

If you live or are going to live in rooms with at least one other full-time student, you can rent from us. We also rent to (student) housing associations and landlords who rent rooms to students. You can also submit an application if you live alone in a studio/room in a student complex.

We may request additional documentation for verification after an application. If a contract must be in the name of an organization, we would like to receive an extract from the Chamber of Commerce.

Why rent?

In many cases, renting is an attractive choice. Just consider the following benefits:

• Share costs with roommates, so you pay a small amount per month.
• Repair costs are almost always included in the rental price. With a few exceptions, consider, for example, contamination when the maintenance instructions are not adhered to.
• If a repair is no longer useful, we will replace the device free of charge with the same or comparable model.
• Are you leaving the house? Then a housemate can easily take over your contract(s) online, free of charge. This can be done as often as necessary.
• The devices are delivered quickly and free of charge to the floor of your choice (without elevator up to and including the 4th floor). This will save you a lot of lugging around.
• You can choose your own delivery day. See our current delivery information here.
• We deliver throughout the country. So if you are moving from Groningen to Maastricht, that is no problem and you can take the device with you yourself or have us move it.

Since its founding in 1990, in addition to students, we have also rented to large (student) housing associations and landlords who rent out several rooms to students. We can offer tailor-made solutions for large projects. Please contact our customer service.
