If we have already delivered or installed an appliance during the reflection period, we may charge a reasonable fee proportionate to the work already carried out and the use of the appliance. Has an appliance been installed? Then we will collect it again. If collection costs apply, you will always be informed of this in advance.
Have you already paid? Then we will refund the amount as soon as possible, no later than within 14 days after you informed us that you wish to cancel the agreement.
If any costs are charged (such as for installation or collection), we will deduct these from the amount refunded to you.
You retain your right of withdrawal as long as the 14-day reflection period is still running.
However: if we have fully carried out the service or installation during that period, you can only withdraw if you have not given explicit prior consent for this.
Since we do not request consent for immediate execution when placing the order, the right of withdrawal in principle remains valid, even in the case of a completed installation.
