From report to solution

You report the defect or malfunction.

First we check if you easily can fix it yourself with our advice. That often works - by cleaning the filter for instance.

If that doesn't work we check the age of your device and possible previous malfunctions.

Based on that we either send a mechanic or will replace the device.

When replacing the device you can choose for a similar device under the same contract or a new contract which guarantees immediately a newer model.

WhatsApp - Very easy!

Please include your name and, if you know it, the sticker number for your device. Briefly explain the problem. We usually respond within 2 hours, often immediately!

QR-code or NFC-chip

Scan the QR code or tap your phone on the sticker’s NFC chip. You’ll go straight to the service menu to report your issue. Super easy!
