You can report a malfunction here. Choose the method that's easiest for you. If you report the malfunction by phone, WhatsApp, or email, our system will automatically retrieve your information based on your phone number or email address. This also applies if you're a housemate and have contacted us before. If you have multiple appliances, please provide the sticker number. This six-digit number can be found on the sticker attached to the appliance.
Please include your name and, if you know it, the sticker number for your device. Briefly explain the problem. We usually respond within 2 hours, often immediately!
Scan the QR code or tap your phone on the sticker’s NFC chip. You’ll go straight to the service menu to report your issue. Super easy!
Are you a contractor? Then log in to view all your contracts with the associated products and submit a report directly. You'll also find documentation for the products you rent there.
