Transfer contract
Are you leaving the house or do you want to have the contract transferred to a different name for another reason? No problem! You can transfer your contract to a roommate free of charge as often as necessary.
Step 1
Log in to "My Splash" and select your contract(s).
Step 2
Receive your code and give it to a roommate.
Step 3
Housemate creates account and enters code here.
Step 4
We succeeded and you will both receive a confirmation.
If we receive the request at least 3 working days (due to the delivery period for collection orders) before the end of the month, the takeover will take effect on the 1st of the new month.
Conditions remain unchanged
In the event of a takeover, all conditions remain as they are. Your roommate who takes over the contract from you will take over the remaining rental period. There will therefore be no new minimum rental period. For example: You have entered into a contract for 5 years and after 2 years you transfer the contract. The person who takes over the contract from you will then take over the remaining 3 years. The monthly rate remains unchanged.
As soon as you know that you are leaving the house, it is wise to offer your contract for takeover in a timely manner. As long as the contract is in your name, you are the one responsible for this and therefore also for the payments.
Taking over a contract can be done at the same address, but this may also be at a different address. If the takeover is at a different address, the device itself can be moved. If you prefer to have us take care of this, this is possible for a fee. Would you like to know more about moving?
