Hartland vermeldt op de homepagina dat zij de voordeligste verhuurder van A-merk witgoed in de regio Utrecht zijn. Deze claim klopt echter niet: er zijn meerdere aanbieders – waaronder Splash Lease – die vergelijkbare apparatuur aanbieden tegen dezelfde of zelfs lagere prijzen.
