You can cancel your order free of charge at any time up to the day before delivery. After receiving your order, you can cancel it within 14 days (right of withdrawal). We’ll then collect the device from you, but in that case, a collection fee will apply.

The rental fee is automatically debited each month via direct debit. You don’t need to make manual payments. Any IBAN within the EU and the UK is accepted.

Each contract has a minimum duration of 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 years – you choose this when signing up.

After the minimum rental term ends, the contract continues on a daily basis. You can then cancel at any time free of charge, with a one-month notice period.

Would you like to cancel before the minimum term ends? That’s possible, but early termination fees will apply (see article 6.4). After the minimum term, you can cancel free of charge.

If your device breaks down, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. Damage caused by improper use – such as a bra wire in the pump or broken parts – is not covered.

Moving within the Netherlands is no issue! We’ll move the device with you (the Wadden Islands are the only exception).

Moving out or moving in with someone? You can easily transfer your contract to a housemate or successor.

Use the device as intended (so no excessive or improper use). This helps keep it in good condition and prevents damage.

We send important information (such as invoices or confirmations) to the email address you registered with us. Please make sure it stays up to date.
