Service

A satisfied customer and good customer service are very important to us. That is why we offer extensive contact options. We can be easily reached via Whatsapp, telephone, email or contact requests on the website. We are available on working days from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We always aim to respond within 2 hours during opening hours.

You can order via our website. If you do not have an account yet, this will be created immediately with the order. If you already have an account, it is a matter of logging in and choosing your product(s). We can usually process orders, returns or exchanges within 1 to 2 business days. The transport costs are included in the rent.

If you still want to cancel after placing an order for any reason, you can do so. If you do this at least 2 working days before the planned delivery date, this is free of charge. If delivery has already taken place, you can cancel within 2 weeks. You then only pay the return costs

Upon delivery of your order, you will receive the manual(s) and maintenance tips for your rented equipment by email. We will also include a nice welcome package for you.

Are you leaving the house or will someone else manage the finances, for example? Then a housemate can easily take over your contract(s) online and free of charge. This can be done as often as necessary.

A termination can only be done by the contractor himself. This can easily be done via Whatsapp, telephone, email or via the account on the website.
