Collection
A payment is always made by direct debit. You can choose the day on which the direct debit takes place and adjust it at any time. You can choose from the 1st of the month, the 15th of the month or on the day that the student loan is paid out.
Invoices
You can view your invoices in "My splash". We will also email you the first invoice. If a direct debit is unexpectedly unsuccessful, you can still pay the invoice yourself via "My Splash". You can choose to pay with ideal, PayPal, submit the invoice again for collection or transfer it yourself stating: the invoice number.
Pay in advance
It may happen that a student house wants to pay a few months in advance. If you wish, you can transfer the desired amount and state 'prepayment' in the description. The next rental installments will then be deducted from this amount. Another collection will only take place when the prepaid balance has been fully settled.
The rent is always charged in advance. So if you choose the 15th of the month, the rent for the month of February will be collected on, for example, January 15. The account from which you want the direct debit to take place may be your own account or, for example, a house account for which you are authorized.
