Purchase the device
When are you eligible for a sales proposal?
When the minimum rental period has expired, you can receive a non-binding sales proposal for your rented device. If you agree, the device will immediately become your property. The contract will end on that day and our service will therefore lapse.
No warranty applies to the purchase. If the device needs repairs in the future, you will have to take care of this yourself.
Key points to note
If you already have a planned return appointment and you want to accept the sales proposal, please let us know at least 2 working days before the planned date.
If a malfunction occurs within the validity period of the sales proposal, the sales proposal will expire and a new proposal may have to be requested.
A sales proposal is based on several factors, which may differ per situation. Consider, for example, a young or older device. We do not apply a hire purchase principle.
It is not possible to request a proposal for the future.
