Suppose you already rent a device from us and you would like to rent a different model, you can replace this contract with a new contract. The condition is that the minimum rental period that has been entered into has expired. The advantage of the contract change is that you do not have a one-month notice period on the old contract, but you can immediately start using the new device. When the new device is delivered, the old device will be taken with it. On this day the new contract starts and the old one ends. Any excess rent collected from the old contract will be automatically settled.

If you order while logged in and the system sees that you are already renting a similar device, you will be asked whether you want to exchange it. If so, the contract will be placed in the shopping cart to be terminated. This way everything is handled in one go, so easy! This can even be done with multiple devices at the same time.

A contract change can be interesting if you:

Want a lower monthly amount.
Want a different model with different specifications.
Want to rent a more energy-efficient model.

Please note that if you opt for a contract change, you enter into a new minimum rental period. A contract can always be transferred to a housemate free of charge during the term (and thereafter). This may be done as often as necessary.

A contract change is only possible for a device within the same product type. So a washing machine for another washing machine is possible, but not a dishwasher for a washing machine, for example.
