Delivery information

Our transport company operates in many cities from Monday to Friday. In certain places we have a modified route. Enter your zip code below to see when we will be in your area. In order to be able to visit you the next working day, we must have completed your request before 10 am.

Initially we can only plan a whole day. The working day before you will receive an email with a 3-hour time slot in which we will visit you. If you have a preference for the morning or afternoon, for example, you can let us know. We will then do our best to meet the preference. Unfortunately, we can never guarantee preference. It does not matter to us who is present to open the door, this may also be a housemate or one of the neighbors. The indicated time period is always an indication, this time period can increase or decrease depending on how the route goes. It is therefore not possible to indicate a very specific time.

Connection points

We connect to existing connection points and cannot realize connection points. Providing the correct connection points is your own responsibility. Are you unsure whether the correct connection points are available in your home? View connection points.

Day of delivery

Is your address difficult to find or are there other details such as broken up road or posts, please let us know in advance so that we can take this into account. If we unexpectedly find ourselves in front of a closed door, the drivers will try to reach you by telephone. If that doesn't work, they will continue the route. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to come by on the same day. A new appointment will then have to be scheduled. We can take care of this once free of charge.

You can reschedule your scheduled appointment free of charge if you notify us before 10 a.m. on the working day before the delivery day.

Make a return appointment?

Are you leaving home? Or is the house being demolished and you want to schedule a return appointment? Then we recommend that you do not schedule the appointment on the last day that you still have the key, but a few days before that. It is of course always possible that an appointment cannot go ahead due to unforeseen circumstances - on both sides. It would of course be annoying if you no longer have access to the home and the device still has to be picked up. You as a tenant remain responsible for the device at all times until it is back in our possession.
