Terminate contract
Are you going to leave the house and your housemates do not want to take over the contract, is the house being closed down or do you have another reason for wanting to cancel your rent? This can be done very easily with us via Whatsapp, by telephone, by e-mail or via "My splash". You can immediately indicate the desired return date. You can see here when we are near you.
When can it be terminated?
When the minimum rental period has expired, the contract can be terminated on a daily basis subject to a 1-month notice period. The rent is calculated until the end date of the contract or later when the device is back in our possession. Any prepaid rent will be refunded.

Premature cancellation?
If you unexpectedly want to cancel the contract earlier than the minimum term prescribes, you can make use of our special arrangement. With this arrangement we only charge 50% of the remaining rental periods. The installments of the first year are always charged in full. This scheme therefore only applies to contracts entered into for a period longer than 1 year. A contract can always be transferred to someone else free of charge and the device may also be taken to another address.
Do you want to change your planned return appointment? You can reschedule your scheduled appointment free of charge if you notify us before 10 a.m. on the working day before the delivery day. Do you want to know when we will be in your area?
Tip for scheduling a return appointment
We recommend not scheduling the return appointment on the last day that you still have the key, but a few days before. It is of course always possible that an appointment cannot go ahead due to unforeseen circumstances - on both sides. It would of course be annoying if you no longer have access to the home and the device still has to be picked up. You as a tenant remain responsible for the device at all times until it is back in our possession.
