At Splash Lease you always rent in combination with a specific subscription. You can choose from different subscriptions, whereby the longer you want to rent at least, the lower the monthly rent will be. For example, if you choose a 3-year subscription, you will rent for at least this period and you can then cancel daily with a notice period of 1 month.

So if you know in advance that your student house will be closed down in a year, for example, it is best to take out a 1-year subscription. If you are almost certain that the student house will continue to exist for years to come, it is better to take out a subscription of, for example, 4 or 5 years, because then you get the best value.

And if the situation unexpectedly arises that, for example, If you have a 4-year subscription and the house is unexpectedly dissolved after 2 years, we also have an early termination scheme in which we charge 50% of the remaining installments.
